Service Description
Cat Lounge Visit:
A 30 or 60 minute experience to cuddle and play in the cat lounge with our adoptable cats and kittens. Enjoy cuddles and purrs while you relax in our playroom.
Kitten Experience:
Pre-booking is absolutely required for a kitten experience, and we are happy to accommodate appointment times up to an hour. Come relax in our playroom with adoptable kittens.

Cancellation Policy
We understand things can happen and you may not be able to make it to your appointment! Changes to your appointment made within 24 hours of appointment time are not subject to a refund. If you are booking for an appointment that is already within 24 hours, you have 2 hours to make changes to your appointment to receive a refund. Anything prior to 24 hours of appointment time may be cancelled, or rescheduled depending on availability.
